My question is about not getting banned
So, to my understanding of the 100% safest way to mod online is that there is none.
But that if I do have to mod I would need PSNinja and PSNPatch
So far im pretty new to this and was wondering if I have these two things; would I be as safe as I can be or do I need other things or have other precautions?
tldr: What precautions or packages do I need to be mod safe online?

You already have the necessary pkg's to go online safely.

you could always use CCAPI and set it as OFW mode, that can be an extra precaution, also now there is a CID glitch out so if you are on DEX you can take a banned CID and change a couple digits and it will work, i would do this to save your Origional CID so that when the glitch is patched you can still go online with out having to get a new CID
