If i play offline with my main acc (not hacker acc) scott pilgrim (on jailbreak ps3 because the game is delisted) and get legal some trophys. Can i get banned if i update my trophy list, beacuse i must go online? One of my hacker account get banned so im afraid of get banned with my main acc where i spend a lot of time :/

When syncing modded trophies, no, you wont get banned. There is a little small chance of you getting banned if you go up to level 100+ on trophy level. Overall modding some trophies wont hurt.
