I haven't been following the CFW scene for the portable PS devices. Is it possible to modify trophies using them?

I want to modify my ps3 trophy timestamps on a PSP or Vita like this

First I sync with the PSN server to get my trophy data online,
I delete my account on OFW PS3
Sign into my account on a CFW PSP
modify the trophy time stamp data on PSP
PSP sync with the PSN server
Create new account on OFW PS3 and sign in to the PSN of the account, and download the trophies back to the console again.

If it's possible, can you tell me the list of things I need to do to accomplish that task?
