Yeah, you need change some of your rebug toolbox settings, System Mode: Normal, Cobra Mode: Disabled, Webman: Disabled, Debug Menu Type: CEX QA, Toggle XMB CFW Setting: Disabled and QA Toggled enabled within rebug toolbox.
