I bought the ps3 from a friend cheap, because the hard drive occasionally played up. So I jailbroken it with some help of a amazing person on Facebook.
An error lately has been occur which quite frankly, is pissing me off. It happened after downloading the update for Black Ops 2. Now, I'm not too sure if it occurred that time, but just now, after updating YouTube, my console, triple beeped. And restarted itself.
After that I immediately checked webman to see if anything happened.


Something is making my ps3 unload, or corrupt webman, which in turn makes it not load correctly. No, webman settings, no webman subfolders, no webman games to be loaded.
However the webman games folder still remains.
Previously, I've reset my entire hdd and started again. Now for it to happen a second time, it's really annoying me.

Has been working fine, until now.
Mmcm is showing games as still available, just not able to be loaded through wbeamn.

Can include picture if you really need.

Any help is necessary, however a reset is the last thing I want to do again.

I haven't used webman, but maybe once back in 4.65, so I can't help much..

Idk if this will help or if its the problem, but it almost sounds like it kinda..

There is this thing where if you disable syscalls in psnpatch before loading the game in multiman, it will not load the game. In which case you would need to delete and reinstall multiman to fix it.
Maybe this is something to do with that?

If possible, instead of reformatting to fix, maybe try reinstalling the things you use when the problem arises, one at a time, and hopefully you can find out what exactly is corrupting, and then we can look in to why it is happening...

oh ok. ill have a look into it. reformatting the hdd worked temporarily, then it went back to what it was previously doing.
