Yellow normally means over heating. But it kinda sounds like you have a ribbon backwards. Not 100% sure

Is this after flashing the console? (flashing a patched backup to the console)
If so, what NORpatch version or patcher did you use?

was it working before or when and what were you doing exactly?

Did you renew the thermal paste when taking apart your console?

YLOD mate ...possibly clamped your clip down to hard or slightly off centre ....you can try reflowing the solder with heat gun ...but i dont like your chances....im affraid to say ..youve probably fuked it mate .
