COD isn't my thing but I'd recommend Serendipity for GTA (paid), appi intense (free)... there's a few to choose from. Have a look around you'll find all the info on here about any menu worth using.

Well it depends what menu do you want for gta 5 and what menu do you want for BO2? Theres plenty of different kinds of menus, So your gonna have to be more specific.
