(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so i think i soft bricked my ps3, i used the e3 flasher to p;atch the bios (was on 4.76 but used 4.80 patcher program i know im dumb) *but now i can only boot into safe mode idk what to do i dont wanna fuck up anymore than i already have and when i try to reinstall the firmware it says checking but wont find the update it says the hdd isnt found when i tried to restore the file system. i have valid dumps also so any help would be apreciated

This is a randomly detailed message i was thinking about not answering it at all because you have pretty much no knowledge at all of what you are doing ....but that being said its xmas time and as im sure every1 on ngu will appreciate im a very giving person ...
First ill assume your having a moment when you say you are trying to restore file system ....what you want to be doing is System update ....
Then put your usb in with it named correctly ...ie Folders named PS3 >>>inside that folder >>>UPDATE >>>inside that your downgrader updat.pup
and follow the prompts ..ie insert usb press start and select .....

then iff your console stays checking ( let it go for atleast a few minutes).....you will want to double check your blueray is installed correctly ...as sometimes they dont like to find pups iff the blueray isnt connected ..

have fun on your xmas and dont bother asking me for every single step after that i get frustrated when ppl dont do atleast a little work for themselves in trying to do shit...

i know what im doing ive done this plenty of times before but ive never had to put the blueray back on the system before ive never heard of that ill try it though
