Have you been using psnpatch to disable syscalls?
If you use it before loading a game in multiman, it will no longer load to app_home..in which case you can just delete and reinstall multiman to fix.

I had this problem when I was running 4.80.1 DEX. I just downgraded back to 4.78.2 DEX and now works perfect.

Also try what Dro said. Probably easier that way

It plays I deleted and re-downloaded, game is a duplex torrent, now game gets error when i try to update to 1.27 im in us and its a bles should i try to find a blus to fix this? i dont use psn patch really i use psninja and ccapi and just change my idps and psid once signed it

I use Duplex torrents and never once had a problem with them. And yes I would try changing it from BLES to BLUS. Very simple to do. You need 3 files from the game folder. If you have KIK add me and am happy to help convert it for you - SAVAG3_PS3_MODDER

UPDATE: game fully update but now it wont play game loads through webman, multiman, and irisman but none will play it since it updated but ill have to add you SAVAG3 when i get kik downloaded again lol

can't figure out how to download like gta 5 back an the battlefileds i have all others on disk i went on Thepiratebay.to and download the files but when i put the HDD in the ps3 and head to multiman they never show up i even tried just putting the games in The GAMES folder of the hdd0 but they never show up still any help would be great. my ps3 is 4.78 Dex spoofed to 4.80 (i know i didn't need to spoof) my external HDD is 40gb (FAT-32) and neither GAMES or GAMEZ show up in my mmCM i see HDD games such as MW3 but not any USB games
