I was on rogero downgrader 3.55

I'm on 3.55 regero downgrader and I already have toggle qa what do I do next?

On the XMB, At the bottom of the second column from the left, press (L1,L3,R1,R2,R3 i think) and edy/debug settings should pop up. Do they?

If so, try to install a (CEX) cfw of your choice.

Go to XMB system update and select "from usb device". Do not select "from internet".

Check the folder structure of your fat32 formatted usb flash drive, should be PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP
Insert the usb into your rightmost usb flash drive.
