Go into rebug toolbox, System Mode: Normal, Debug Menu Type: CEX QA, Toggle COBRA Mode: Disabled, webMAN: Disabled, after that in rebug toolbox head over to the "Utilities" column and make sure Toggle QA Flag: Enabled, reboot PS3, download to 4.75.1 D-REX put on the root of your USB, put it in the appropriate USB port depending on what type of PS3 (SLIM; Right) (PHAT: Furthest to the right), disable internet, remove disks, then update via storage media.
