now i have a laptop with windows 8. i download the same rtm tools i had before. the download and all files are there but when i try to open the application i can not get it to open.*

someone told me to make sure dll are all there, they all seem to be there. they also said try to run as administrator, done that and have always run them as admin.

any help?
