After that you QA Toggle and update to REBUG 3.55.2 or Rogero 3.55 V3.7. At this point, you can update to any OFW or CFW you want. Now I just used the downgrader and it doesnt look like OFW I still see debug settings and a few other things aswell but my real question is How to QA Toggle If Im on 3.55 ofw and I tried to reinstall qatoggle.pkg but there's no where to go to install it and the one I have installed already I tried and it only went to a black screen then no beeps and came back to the xmb screen and NO CHANGE ANYWHERE So again How do I QA Toggle??

if the R2+/\ is to disable the cfw syscalls, you can do that in psnpatch if it doesn't work for you in the xmb.

yeah I didnt know PSNPatch did the delete history feature i did know about the syscalls and psnpatch
