originally that error indicates CID ban, you will need a new legit CID change. Generated CIDs from the fake cid exploit are now patched and will not work.

You will either need to buy a new CID from somewhere off site. Or one from the free CID section. However you must have 100 posts minimum to view that forum.

In addition to Gryphus' statement, you could try using a Vita CID. PSP ones don't work anymore for PS3, but Vita may, as nobody has yet to try them.

Anyone who sells CID(dont care who they are) will sell their cids to multiple people including you, and the CID will get banned much faster.
The CIDs you find publically wont usually last longer than the hour they are posted.

The best way is to acquire a 100% private CID, yourself, using a broken ps3 console.
