Webman nor rebug icon not showing up

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have rebug and webman on my JB ps3. I don't know what I did, but the icons of both are not there. How do I get them back? All I have is package manager and webman games folders showing up.

Reinstall the pkg files of the ones that are deleted

Go inside rebug toolbox and enable webman
