Try going down to 4.78, as 2.70 CCAPI definitely works for me.

first off id highly recommend you switch to a lower firmware like 4.76 or 4.65

- make sure you entered your PS3's IP correctly into Control Console which can be found at Settings > System Settings > System Information > IP Address
- make sure you have the CCAPI pkg installed on your PS3 *correctly*
- make sure that pkg and control console are the same update version

you should be good then all you have to do is install the pkg open the application on your computer add console type in correct IP and right click over console "connect" and youre good. PM if you need more help

What I'd do is go down to a 3.55 DEX Downgrader and then go up to Rebug 4.78 as that is supported by CCAPI. I do not believe 4.80 is.

4.80 is supposedly supported with rev5 version of the CCAPI 2.70, but yes downgrading would be best option.

<3 You too Smile

Keep us updated OP. Make sure it's 3.55 DEX Downgrader and not just a normal 3.55 CFW.

Is there a YouTube video that shows exactly what to do to downgrade from 4.80 or can you tell me exactly how? Like I said, just starting out on this. Hell, I just learned what cfw stood for lol
