There's really no point to spoofing your Console ID though, what I'd recommend is heading into webMAN setup on your console, and looking for the option that says "Disable CFW syscalls and delete history files at system startup"

That's as close as you're going to get as far as safety for your CID, and just to throw it out there, how frequent your CID gets banned really depends on what you do while using it, not the CFW. So just having ITA alone would not have caused your ban.
