Most likely due to an IP Ban. Get a VPN hooked up to your PS3 or get a new router. Sony seemed to have implemented this in the last couple of days.

Try to maybe contact your ISP and see if they might be able to change your IP for you.

I just made a new account, it works again. Looks like it works every 30 minutes to 1 hour...

Also have this Problem. I can "fix" my problem by restarting my Router. Is there any other solution? I mean the VPN Stuff.
