(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i am currently trying to change game region for a game and the game does not have the LIC.DAT...do i need that file to make the region change or can i go without it because it is not there. the reason i ask is cause in the tutorial it says you need it but i dont have it on the game i want to change the region of (which is Uncharted) ant help would be great

i dont understand this guy, i am trying to change the game region from bles to blus because the cheat pkg is only for blus if you understand what i am saying..thanks for the help

i was using that tutorial and it said i needed a lic.dat file, i dont have that in the game files....it should have been in the ps3_game folder

its the first one, but if this doesnt work today ill just go buy it tomorrow its only like 4 dollars or something , just thought it could work with me getting it free but sometimes some things are too good to be true lol
