You can't downgrade without flashing your console. Besides why would you want to be on 4.66? For the pirating exploit?

Is it still worth it? I know if i got an e3 flasher i could buy cheap YLOD ps3 and get the CID's from those. But since sony patched the exploit i could sell them on due to high-ish demand

Well you've pretty much gave a reason for purchasing it, and 'sides, with 4.70 or lower OFW, you can play free PS3 games
