(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been getting this error code " 8013013e" everytime I try to Sign Up a brand new psn account with the psn account already created using a laptop and email already verified.

Funny thing is that it's only happening on the 2nd time I try to Sign Up a brand new account, but the 1st time there is no problem.

I'm guessing there could be a hidden time constraint to how many PSN accounts you can sign up per console, as it works for the first account but after 10 minutes, logged out of the account and tried signing up another brand new account and i get the error code.

ive tried changing from wired to wireless but nothing happens.

anyone else having this issue ?

It's not ips, its mac address's (90% sure) & seems temp & targeting people making multiple acocunts. If youre on gta for an hour or so, doing whatever, then you can sign out, create a new user & go on line again etc. But if you quit too fast (making multiple accounts etc) it blocks the mac add, not the ip. Makes no dif if you change ip etc, have to reset router so its a mac ad block. But only seems temp... One of the oddest moves I've seen from Sony. For instance what if I'm on a legit ps3 & I make an account, then my mate/dog wants to make an account too just after I log on? Are they going to ban my legit ps3 by hitting my mac address because I wanted to open another account quickly? Or is there something in R*'s small print that I missed that says "be on get for an hour at least or we'll block you... unless you buy a shark card"
idk... just plain odd.
