(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been getting this error code " 8013013e" everytime I try to Sign Up a brand new psn account with the psn account already created using a laptop and email already verified.

Funny thing is that it's only happening on the 2nd time I try to Sign Up a brand new account, but the 1st time there is no problem.

I'm guessing there could be a hidden time constraint to how many PSN accounts you can sign up per console, as it works for the first account but after 10 minutes, logged out of the account and tried signing up another brand new account and i get the error code.

ive tried changing from wired to wireless but nothing happens.

anyone else having this issue ?

PSN has started to IP Ban. You will need to use a VPN to get online.

Interesting hmmm if you have a VPN it should let you on or if you have a dynamic ip you can just reset and you will have a new ip and should be able to login but will have to do it every-time
