cant afford to wait 1 hour for every account though that would make the 30 day wait method for transferring accounts harder and modding for next-gen almost pointless

doesnt matter how any users you have on ps3, you should still be able to create an account but been getting this error code whenever i try to sign up after 10 minutes from the first signed up account (new psn account created and email verified on psn website)

Create 5 users on the PS3 not mod this accounts only login into PSN after that you can Modded it on Gta5 or else....
