Downgrade your Rebug to Rebug 4.78. It should work then. Make sure you update it too.

You have to use the latest version of CCAPI that corresponds with your firmware. At the moment the latest version of CCAPI works with 4.81 CEX not DEX

You have to downgrade, unless you're converting to CEX.
