EBOOT gets installed in "/dev_hdd0/game/BLES00683/USRDIR"
SPRX file gets installed in "/dev_hdd0/tmp"

I have even changed the region from North America to UK, thinking it was to do with BLUS/BLES.

Can anyone help?

I'm trying to install mod menus and I haven't installed any other mods for MW2.

Menus I tried: Resurrection, Project Nightmare, Parallax, Wildemodz, Vionix, Mystery Cheats.

Update: I tried SPRX mod menu for GTAV and it works, but only in singleplayer. Online isn't working right now (checked google and there's an outage in many parts of Europe).

So I'm guessing its just MW2 mod menus not working?

You didn't need to go in the debug settings to change the region. BLUS/BLES already states the region as is for the game. Are you sure the EBOOT contains SPRX plugin to call the menu? Is it a Host menu or Off host? Because if it's a Host menu its not gonna work if your not Host of the game.
