i would first go to windows firewall with advance security, second click on outbound rules, third on the right of the page click new rule, fourth click program then next, browse the rtm tool and then click next, click block connection next domain public and private make sure they all checked, name anything you want and click Finnish i would recommend to it for random tools you dont trust, then go head swap the old ps3.lib.dll ect make sure the new ps3 lib.dll is a 70kb anything higher then that possibly a virus.
