How the issue occurred: Have no clue. I reinstalled the cfw and tried new version and still nothing.
I have tried to fix my issue with: Updating software, Changed some channels on my router (kinda), and put an extension to my router.

If anyone can help me with this error, Ill greatly appreciate it.

PS: My ps3 is jailbroken to Rebug 4.81 REX.
