I'm having a random tmapi problem but it was working before.

In tmapi it connects to my PS3 fine and shows as connected.

But 99% of tools get the error "object reference not set to an instance" or will just say failed to connect.

But at the same time, the LTS RTM for gta connects perfectly


I also get an error when i open Debugger saying "Unable to start Target Manager server. Please ensure that the server executable is in your PATH environmental variable and try again."

I have tried removing prodg and re adding it. I have checked all my PS3 settings. and i have even tried removing my AV
