It's spitting out fire like a dragon right? Lower the fan speed justttt a small tiny bit. Keeps testing out with Trial and Error. Once it stops, there you go.

Lowering my fan speed would mean increasing my max temperature right?

Lower both slightly by 3. Dont go overboard on it though.. like I said, trial and error.

tbh i would recommend leave it as it, by turning down the fan it might run hotter, it would probably be better if you apply some thermal paste to it that can possibly fix your issue

I agree with Jon here even though he's supposed to know nothing jk lol kidding aside like he said it will get hotter and if you're not careful or know what you're doing you'll cause yourself an unintended YLOD
