Change the thermal paste and hope for the best. If it doesn't help, the console will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced.

Have you tried changing your fans temp and speed through multiMAN? Your PS3 IP on a Web Browser then edit it there.

Either changing fan temps manually, or changing the thermal paste.....
(Note: if you never have opened it when you do make sure to go in and clean dust, or caught; hair, dirt, etc off fan.....)
