It dont say anything about psn and i cant sign in it says my email an
pass is wrong an when i try to make a new account or use a old account
it times me out of the server
dose anyone know how to fix this i have went back to 3.55 come back an tried it again i have did about everything i know of

It is simple to enter the Debug Settings option below the NETWORK CONFIGURATION option
And then look if the NP ENVIRONMENT is written np if it is not just edit and put np

yep just go to NP ENVIRONMENT and type in np. restart your ps3 and it should work
