It's possible to get banned, at any time, from the first moment you sign into psn on cfw..

Might as well do what you want and try to get the most out of it. If theyre gonna ban you, then they will ban you.

Premium Avi's maybe even though I've never gotten banned for 1 but modded comments mostly not still possible probably though just like anything you do on a CFW
