first you need to jailbreak the psp so do that first then come back here

now on the psP you need to download and install IdStorageManager and run it it will look like this https://imgur.com/a/C1Om294

now when you run it this screen will come up, press square https://imgur.com/a/ZARxKJo

let it run then when it finishes connect your psp to your computer

now you will need to download HxD From their website i will leave all links down below

so on HxD You want to go to open then in your psp directory you need to go to PSP/GAME/IdStorageManager/keys

then you want to scroll down to 0x0121 click open and then it will show up like this
