They send the codes ditital over email but also as they have them in stock.Ok once bought log into your Jap PS3 Account , Go to Account manger.Chose the second option on the Jap Account manger , Its the transation Tab. After that go to the second option on the new section. This will take you to the screen where you will type the code into the account. After you entered the code go to the tab on the left and click X , It will bring up a conformation screen to show you your account has been funded.Simply click X when this screen comes up . To check its gone through go to the ps store. Click the tab next to the shopping trolly symbol. At the top right of the new screen it sould say how much yen you have in your account
