Recently I've found a way, for the lazy people, as an alternative of making a new email, you can use the same email when signing up and making a new PSN.

Here's how:

Lets say you have your account "codplayer229" under the email "[email protected]" and you want to use the same email when making a new PSN online account

While singing up, instead of putting "[email protected]" in the blank which asks you to put your email, you put "[email protected]" (as you can see, I changed the @yahoo.coM to @yahoo.coN) This helps for multiple things, you can change any letter in your email and simply using it while making a new account.

Changing the M in .com to an N allows you to keep the same email while signing up Winky Winky

Enjoy!

You can use ANYTHING to get a PSN as long as it is in email format. I've used [email protected], and many just have a random email like [email protected].

Do a barrel roll!
You can put anything as long as it has the format [email protected]
As long as it has [email protected]ing it should work.

Great post btw!

Usually when I sign up for a new PSN account, Playstation sends me an email and I can't continue unless I click the link in the e-mail. Maybe this only happens when you sign up for one on your PC?
