Am not sure but if its already made (you bought it from a shop) i think they are fine on a ps3 not sure though.

they wont perm ban you first time, no way. you'll prbably get a warning first time, maybe a very short ban, definately not longer than a day, and who's gonna bother reporting you anyway, thats if they know how lol. just use it, if playstation caution you, then think about it

I have the horipad 3 turbo psn will not ban you ! but call of duty 5 hav managed 2 slow down my controller
