Well a better solution would be to first type in either 27.27.27.27 or your internal IP address for your PS3/360. Then Leave the port, it should say "Data". Then at the bottom of the upd flooder program you should see a number line type thing. Move the cursor on it to 10 and start lagging. If this doesn't work, i'm sorry
