It must be your power it happens to me to sometimes and i have to resync my controls. do you switch off your ps3 at the power point after it shutsdown or do you leave it on the redlight stand by. if you switch it off all the way sometimes you will lose your sync data and you also will have to resync it. that or the batteries are drying out i got mine replaced by puling it apart.

thats wierd
