well all you do is create a new account and then put hong kong in and the place you want and finish then you will have a japanese account.

Nothing different really, you get to change your psn name but only on where it shows your friends list not in game accpet killzone 2. Also you get different stuff in the playstation store, or get it earler than England or America.
