No, you can't get banned for using another game save to unlock trophies.

u can get banned modding a save to work with ur account or to give u something u didn't do is against SCE online rules it is possible to b banned for it i have yet 2 b banned so yea

You could get banned for it, cause it is against the rules.

But you asked it the right way "Will" you get banned. I say No. I don't think that it is on their main priority list.

I think they don't care about savegame hacking...
so far they keep selling games... thus making profit...
why would they waste time chasing savegame-hackers?
