We have eaten half of the pizza and then we are told that we have to choose between the bread or meat cheeses & sauce, (as you put it).
All we do is tell the waiter we aren't paying until we get everything we paid for,

Now the Waiter has 2 choices,

Choice 1, Stick it out and see if other people will pay for half of the pizza, and if they dont then he goes out of business! If other people do pay then bam same problem we have now b/c of the people who upgraded!
or
Choice 2, Give back everything that was promised and stay in business.
