Actually, it is not You must login or register to view this content., for some reasons eavpsp changed it from the long name to simply EavPS3Jailbreaker. But we don’t care about that right? What we care is the result! (i sound greedy ) Anyway, eavpsp has posted a planning for his wonderful EavPS3Jailbreaker, so we can get an idea how we will work with the PS3 console through PSP with the PSGroove.

Here is the EavPS3Jailbreaker plan:

Recode the Remote Joy Open Source to configure the Type B driver
Then create a Teensy emulator to be ran on the PSP using the psgroove LUFA source files

Then creating an alternate Teensy Hex Installer from that open source so that when the emulator is on, it will, act as a virtual Teensy USB dongle and the Hex will be installed onto the emulator.

Then enable the type B driver i edited earlier, connect it to the PS3 and the PS3 will read it as if it were a an actuall Teensy Dongle
He dropped the cwcheat idea due to the fact that this it is a much faster and easier alternative!

He also may have jumped into the frying pan when he wasnt supposed to, but he inspired other programmers to help along the way. One of his followers told him “Succeed or Fail, we will always remember your efforts!” and thats all he ask!!

check there twitter, seems they are ACTUALLY working togetha. Seems Mathieulh is trying to help him by telling him what he needs todo, ect. only thing is this will take forever if he cant do it himself but Mathieulh might be able to get things done a lil quicker..

Do you its possible that he jailbreak also can unlock trophies with?

well aparantly you can rip the disk so you can see every little thing including the trophys. maybe if we can mod the game so the trophys are all copied and pasted as something like "collect 10 orbs - bronze trophy" just paste in the same code for the plantinum trophy, ect.. or maybe even make them all platinum trophys! that would be cool

If that is possible it would be awesome, but is it possible to sync the trophies? Thats the big question. I have 2 ps3 at home, if i can use jailbreak on the other, to collect the trophies, and at some point, lets say, 6 months later, i update the ps3 to the newest official firmware, and than maybe the trophies will sync with the server? Or maybe a workaround from the jailbreak. I like to see what the jailbreak will bring us
