put the files psfreedom.ko,psfreedom-disable.sh and psnfreedom-enable.sh into /var/ folder in your iphone or ipod touch.. Then ssh your iphone/ipod and set those file to 777 permision.. After doin that u r set to go!..
Download mobile terminal in your iphone/ipod touch and type: /var/psfreedom-enable.sh and then it will load up.. After fully loaded conect it to ur ps3.. Remember to
Plug off ur ps3.. Power on and press eject the faster u can.. And let the magic happen!...

Hehas posted this on two threads now and I was just wondering if anybody has tried this? Just to confirm.

I'd give it a go myself if I knew exactly what to do. A step by step tutorial would help out a lot.

i know exactly what he said except for the 777 permission thing... the only thing that is stopping me from doing the exploit is my usb cable is faulty and only charges. no connectivity from my pc to iphone or in this case iphone to ps3.. ima goto my mates later and go buy one

Whilst you are in WinSCP you right click the files once they are on your iTouch/iPhone and then you go to properties and then edit the numberat the bottom to 777 giving it administrator access. After that you go into terminal and then you enter /var/private/mobile/psfreedom-enable.sh (or whatever directory you put it in). Despite all this, I can't get it to work and I don't think that it will since the actual files themselves have directories which are on the N900 written into them and therefore aren't on the iPod.

re-direct the files or something to work with the iphone/itouch's library?
