As you can clearly see the Psn bans the Console Id, Or what I like to call the PsId for short.



Some info for the nubs,

Most people think its a mac ban b/c of Mac filtering how ever Mac Filtering is only achievable in Lan Not Wan.

That means the Mac Address of the Ps3 stays in the Local Area Network, and does not go past the router.

To prove my point,
Most of us know about sites that look up your Ip Address right,
Well do a google search and see if you find a Mac Address Look up site? Yea thats right you didnt find one!

Now for those who still blindly think that they ban the Mac Address of the Ps3,
Here are two things you can do
first is buy a Game Adapter you know the ones that you plug into the Ethernet port and then connect to your router, Well after you have done that you are successfully using the Mac Address of the Game adapter and guess what you are still banned!

Another thing you can do is Flash your router with DD-WRT custom firmware and then clone your Pcs Mac Address for your Ps3, and guess what you will still be banned!

SO PLEASE STOP TALKING OUT OF YOUR A$S Kiddos!

Edit: This is not to scare anyone this is just to Squash the Bs that people have been making up!
