Well it depends if your controller is an offical Sony controller and is Dualshock 3 or Dualshock 2. Mine is official and just next to the USB port on it, in blue, are the words '
UALSHOCK 3' and underneath that 'SIXAXIS'.

Completely depends on how they do it. I assumed they would make a homebrew app (meaning you would need a homebrew enabled PSP with custom Firmware. But I remember reading somewhere that someone was making a version where you just put the files on the memory stick and it would automatically be loaded (without custom firmware needed). I myself don't see how this would be possible, so if you've not got custom FW try and get it. If you have already then your good to go
