wat is hello world ???

Yeah exactly what doe's hello world actually do? Is it a custom homebrew app? installed using jailbreak method?

It's a term used for proof of concept projects. Sort of like saying "Hey look at me, I got it working". In this case I guess they are trying to say they made their first PS3 pkg file (program/app/homebrew/etc.)
