Finish the account creation

And that's it

Hey everyone, you can get rid of sales tax on PSN yes. I live in Anchorage and there is no sales tax up here, therefore whenever I purchase and item off of the store I don't owe tax. However if I were you I wouldn't bypass the tax. This will work for anyone who lives in area that does not charge sales tax, all depends on city.
