So for you to do it, I would think you have to not only mod a file in the hdd to think that it is lower to get the lower fw.
But also, trick the nand to think it is flashed with lower..
ok, first off i play xbox so i know abit about it, the firmware is stored on the nand? im not sure but whatever im just throwing ideas, on xbox with Jtags if you bodge the flash you can bridge two pins on the nand to erease it all, if you get someone with the firmware you want to be on to copy theyre firmware and send it to you, then maybe you could flash that firmware to your ps3?
