there are several posts on tutorials for loading them and testing them:
But the skinny version is:
You jailbreak your PS3
Load PS3 FTP SERVER on PS3 use an FTP Client like cuteFTP to load your patch into the USDIR folder of the hacked game.
Now if you are talking about hacking a patch that is more difficult.

Rather than using the codes to create your own PS3 Patches (If thats what your doing) why not just download a patch (Godly Modz patch is all over this forum) and add it to your jailbroken PS3 using the PS3 FTP Server. Look at Xcellerators guide on how to upload your patches.

GodlyModz v.4 is unstable. need to find a better one than that. I did Godly Modz it keeps crashing.

everyone always says that but there is no other patch else everyone would be using it. The people who have managed to create their own and not hit obstacles are not sharing their patch with anyone. I may be wrong, and if i am, someone post a link below pointing towards a better more stable patch than godlymodz, but ive been checking this forums for weeks now and i have not once come across a working hacked patch other than godlymodz.
