I am currently trying to stay out of the mod chip group for now. I have a feeling something such as a ban-wave will hit or something of the sorts and I want to see what happens first. So I am planning on experimenting with packet injection. I have all the set-ups needed as well as a lot of knowledge with this stuff so it shouldn't be hard. I have

So if you have a game one of those games we can work from there. Please, only post if you have knowledge/experience dealing with this and you can give some time to it after school/work. Also, if you have successfully done it on ANY other game I'd love to hear about it.

Or even modifying your coordinates. So, are you interested? I would prefer only people that have one of those games.....

ive got lbp but the only thing on there would be stats or the points you get

As I've said we want to just get more simple things working. Once we get a knack for it and understand more, I will buy MW2 or COD 5 or some game like that and we can carry on. Do you have ANY experience with this or any idea what you are doing? I mean I kind of want an equal partner not someone I have to teach everything and do all the work myself.

i know how to do it but i have to get things set up again..i got to bridge my connection get wireshark(or software you recommend/use) then i will be set. Ive tried the numerous times with mw2 and other games

No packet injection does work but takes a very long time. It also works for MW2 I have done it 2 times. But be aware. You can mess up your whole router and never get it back. That's what happened to me

WSW not true at all. You probably made some other mistake or you fried your router or something.

yea if anything you will mess up your computer because you bridge connection so you ps3 uses the internet from you pc...thats how you sniff packets

I think he is insinuating that by modifying the packets you could create something destructive but I highly doubt it. So we need to decide what are we going to attempt to do? Modify the points?
